Unique Employment Services Ltd are part of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) this enables us to adhere to the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice.
We are committed to a policy for equal opportunities for all employees, workers and applicants, and adhere to this policy at all times. We do not discriminate and ensure that all applicants are treated in the same way in our recruitment practice.
The REC is an invaluable tool for anyone working within the Recruitment Industry, providing members like ourselves with a legal help line updating us with any new legal issues up and coming and general day-to-day assistance to all consultants working within the industry.
We are not experts within the legal field so being part of the REC means any questions from a Client or Candidate that we are not able answer then and then, we have the facility to clarify with the REC and respond back to you with as much information as we can.
